100 DAY FUSS FREE RETURNS.

If you are not 100% happy with your flooring, you can return it to us. No restocking charge. No fuss.

 

I have changed my mind. Can I have something else?

You can swap your floor for FREE, up to 100 days after you order from us. Our driver will deliver your new floor and take the old floor on the same day.

  • Before requesting a different product, always order samples first!
  • We will allow a maximum of 1 free swap. Any further swaps will incur a redelivery fee.
  • We only accept returns of unopened, re-sellable boxes

 

I have changed my mind. Can I return my order?

Option 1. You can return your floor to us with no restocking fee, up to 100 days after you order from us. Simply send us the items.

Option 2. If you do not wish to send the products to us, we can arrange a collection on your behalf at a cost of £50.

Once we have received the items we will check them and refund your full order value within 2-7 days.

  • Returns requested after 100 days will incur a 25% restocking fee
  • We only accept returns of unopened, re-sellable boxes. Goods are your responsibility until they arrive to our warehouse

I ordered too much. Can I return part of the order?

  • We cannot accept returns of damaged items after 100 days

 

My flooring arrived damaged.

You MUST inform us of the damage by the end of the next working day. We cannot accept damaged goods if not declared by the end of the next working day.

You can swap your damaged packs FREE. 
Our driver will deliver your replacement packs and take the damaged packs on the same day.
