Delivery times for orders are between 8am-8pm. We'll provide you with a more accurate timeslot on the morning of your allocated delivery day.
Certain addresses (e.g those in the Highlands or the Channel Islands) may be subject to a 2-day delivery window.
The following postcode areas may be delivered by a third-party kerbside courier service, and may arrive 1-2 working days later than your allocated delivery date:
TR, PL, TQ, EX, SA, PA, AB, DD, PO, FK, KY
These orders will typically carry an additional delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at checkout and applies as follows:
BT, ZE, IM, HS, IV, PH, PA32-PA78, PO30-PO39, KA27-28, JE, TR21-TR25, KW
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of delivering flooring efficiently, we cannot service all areas. However, if there is an alternative postcode you can receive delivery from, please get in touch.
If you have purchased any flooring accessories as part of your order, your items will arrive in a postal tube, unless not suitable to be rolled up. Accessories may be delivered by a third-party courier service.

If you need to amend your selected delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
You should never book a fitter on the day of delivery. We may deliver your order up until 8pm, which could mean that your selected fitter may not be able to start on that day. We also advise allowing your chosen flooring to acclimatise before installing.
Although the majority of our orders will arrive on the specified delivery date, extreme circumstances such as driver illness, accidents or extreme weather may delay delivery timings.
To prevent the risk of expansion, we generally advise the following acclimatisation periods for products:
- Laminate Flooring - 48 Hours
- SPC Flooring - 24 Hour
- Wood Flooring - 5 Days
In the event that an arranged delivery is missed, a £50 re-delivery charge will apply. If you are not able to be present on the scheduled delivery date, we can agree to deliver with no one at home if we have received prior confirmation from you.

We can only deliver to your selected address with no one present if we have received prior confirmation from you that we are able to do so. We won’t be responsible if anything happens to your order once we’ve delivered it to your chosen address with no one present to sign for it.
Please get in touch with our team if you’d like to reschedule your delivery date to a time that is more convenient.
- Upon delivery, you will have 15 minutes to examine your order for damages, so please take your time to check your products thoroughly. Inform the driver that you’d like to examine for damages before signing for your order.
- If damage is detected with your order, you should accept the delivery, sign for as damaged, and report the issue to us as soon as possible so that we can have it resolved promptly.
- You also have the option to sign for your order unchecked. If you choose this option and damage is detected, you will have 24 hours to register this with us.
Important - If your order is signed for as good and damage is later reported, neither we nor our couriers will be liable, and no claim will be processed to recover losses.
