Free delivery anywhere in UK Mainland* on Orders £299+

Delivery for orders under £299 is £19.99 (inc VAT).

We’ll deliver kerbside anywhere in the UK mainland. You can select a delivery day of your choosing. Each product will indicate the earliest date we can deliver it to you.

*Postcodes with 2-day delivery window:

Certain hard-to-reach addresses (e.g. those in the Highlands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland) may be subject to a 2-day delivery window (see below).

The following postcode areas may be delivered by a third part kerbside courier service and may arrive 1-2 working days later than your allocated delivery date:
TR, PL, TQ, EX, SA, IV, PA, PH, AB, DD, KW, PO, FK, KY

These will usually carry an additional delivery surcharge. This is calculated at checkout and applies as follows:

£24.99 – AB, DD, PA20 – PA27, FK, KY
£39.99 – PA28–PA31, IV1-IV40, PH1-PH35
£49.99 – KW

We cannot deliver to these postcodes:

BT, ZE, IM, HS, IV41-IV56, PH36-PH44, PA32-PA78, PO30-PO39, KA27, JE, 


Can I choose/change my delivery date?
You can select your delivery date when you add products to the basket*. We will confirm your delivery date via email within a few working days. If you wish to change your delivery date that is more convenient, please get in touch as early as possible.

*Some hard-to-reach addresses have a 2-day delivery window. See affected postcodes above.


Can I change my delivery address?
Please get in contact with us if you need to amend your delivery address.

Can I book in a fitter on the delivery date?
You should never book a fitter on the day of delivery. We may deliver up to 8pm, which means your fitter will not be able to start on that day. Although 99% of orders will arrive on the specified delivery date; extreme circumstances such as driver illness; accidents and extreme weather may delay the delivery.

We also advise allowing the flooring to acclimatise before installing it. 

How long should I wait for the flooring to acclimatise before installing it?
To prevent risk of expansion, we generally advise the following acclimatisation periods:

Laminate: 48 hours
SPC: 24 hours
Wood: 5 days

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
In the event that an arranged delivery is missed, a £50 re-delivery charge will apply. If you are not able to be present on the day of delivery, we can agree to deliver with no no one at home, if we receive confirmation from you. See next point below. 

Can you deliver to my address if no-one is at home?
We can only deliver to your address with no one at home if we receive confirmation from you we are able to do so - we won’t be responsible if anything happens to your order once we’ve delivered it to your address and no-one is present to sign for it. If you’d like to change your delivery to a date that is more convenient, please contact us.

Accessories delivery information:
If you have ordered any accessories, your items will arrive in a postal tube, unless your ordered item is not suitable to be rolled up. Accessories may be delivered by a third party courier.

What to do if your order is damaged:
Upon delivery you have 15 minutes to examine your order for damages, so please take your time. Tell the driver you'd like to examine for damages before signing for. If damage is detected you should accept the delivery, sign for as damaged and report the damage to us asap.

You also have the option to sign for unchecked. If you choose this option and damage is detected, you have 24 hours to register this with us.

Important: if your order is signed for as good and damage is later reported, neither we or our couriers will be liable and no claim will be processed to recover losses.

Access: any access issues that may prevent delivery by an 18 tonne vehicle must be reported immediately, failure to do so may incur charges exceeding £100. We will not be liable for failed delivery due to access issues which have not been advised in advance.
