We’ll deliver your flooring for free to anywhere in the UK mainland.

Delivery times are between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Certain addresses (e.g. those in the Highlands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland) will usually carry an additional surcharge (see below).

If you order before 3pm, then we aim to process your order same day. Orders can take between 2-5 working days to arrive from the moment of dispatch.

Good to know: our drivers will only deliver to your kerb side outside your property. Once it’s been delivered and you’ve signed for your flooring, you’re responsible for moving it from there.

The driver will call in advance of delivery to make sure there's someone at the property to receive the goods. If this call is not answered delivery will not be attempted and a re-deliver charge will be applied.

What to do if your order is damaged: upon delivery you have 15 mins to examine your order for damages, so please take your time. Tell the driver you'd like to examine for damages before signing for. If damage is detected you should accept the delivery, sign for as damaged and report the damage to us asap.

You also have the option to sign for unchecked. If you choose this option and damage is detected, you have 24 hours to register this with us.

Important: if your order is signed for as good and damage is later reported, neither we or our couriers will be liable and no claim will be processed to recover losses.

Access: any access issues that may prevent delivery by an 18 tonne vehicle must be reported immediately, failure to do so may incur charges exceeding £100. We will not be liable for failed delivery due to access issues which have not been advised in advance.
